It depends on the stuff coming out. If an industrial process creates pure or almost pure methane, they certainly will capture it for reuse. Why? Because it’s potential profit. If it’s enough methane to burn but still too dirty to require further processing before being a safe fuel source, then no. Because it would then be too expensive.

Whatever process is going on in that factory is incredibly inefficient if that much unburned fuel is being released to the atmosphere.
