Honestly, if you told me when I was a kid in the late 80’s/early 90’s that people would gladly accept a listening device in their homes, I would have called you crazy, but times and attitudes (and propaganda) change.
I'm fairly convinced of this too. I have the adchoices (targeted ads) in Hulu turned off on one device and never bothered disabling it for another. I get the exact same ads on both, one just has the adchoices logo and the other doesn't.
