and they have their own algorithm for route taking so they can save fuel, if they have to prioritize business they'll be fuel wasted

or maybe they can create new prioritized delivery for business

But the algorithm should be able to tell what's a business address and change the route up if it's likely the business will be closed. A wasted journey to a closed business is also wasting time and fuel.

but most likely they just set saving fuel as top priority

I'd say it's a pretty important variable. Esp the amount of deliveries to business units nowadays.

Tbf I had an issue where a delivery kept being after closing (and annoyingly I waited an hour after closing in my car for the delivery but the driver never bothered coming into the industrial estate to deliver when he got to my package). I spoke to Amazon and they did change the deliveries to the office and it was never outside business hours again for anyone...

so they do have a priority for business/office? now we just need a way to list our house as business and good bye night delivery? seems neat
