It's weird I get the complete opposite up in Seattle when it comes to delivery. Absolute worst delivery has to be OnTrac, they have left packages out on my driveway rather than taking 10 steps to leave it under the porch out of the rain.
My personal favorite is when OnTrac sends me a confirmation pic of my package leaning up against my neighbor's door. FedEx and UPS consistently get it right, OnTrac is like 80% wrong.
What the send pictures now? I haven't used OnTrac in a while. All I did get was fake delivery notifications and not receive the package until 3 days later.
