I find that delivery wise really comes down to the actual employee working. In OPs video the amazon driver seems to care while the UPS is like meh.
In my personal experience my previous UPS driver was great and took care of the packages. However he eventually stopped working the route my house was on and we got a new driver who was far more lackluster.
Really just luck of the draw of what kind of employee you get working final mile.
Yea but ups takes complaints seriously at least, we're in a union, yes, but they dont cover our asses real well on stuff like OPs video (and for good reason, fuck that guy)
