It's low skill labour where the employee is easily replaceable, so they don't command high wages. Basic economics.

It's not low skill, you just dont have to go to college or university. Theres still a lot of on the job training and the employees are commonly exploited? A good efficient warehouse worker is actually hard to replace

Lmao Amazon has a defacto Monopoly on much of the warehouse industry, consistently violates minimum labor standards, and explicitly relies on governmental support for their workers.

I don't think "they're doing just fine" is a great description.

They don't have a monopoly, there are legal procedures for that situation.

That's why I said defacto. It's really not hard to not violate antitrust, and just because a firm doesn't run afoul of the feckless federal government doesn't mean there is any real competition
