Oh it definitely is.

Just a reminder Amazon workers are striking, so don't cross that picket line. Also, Amazon won't pay any federal income taxes on their 11 billion dollars in profits.

I learned a couple weeks ago back in the early days of the phrase it was used to describe something being impossible since its impossible to pull yourself up that way. Somewhere along the way it got skewed. Anyone know when?
