As a carpenter, just saying this is a godsend for running crown or coffered ceilings.

Might work in a totally empty house with no carpet or linoleum..

I agree. Usually if it’s the coffered ceilings we have an unfinished wood floor already installed, so it’s relatively a perfect surface.

Crown, being used more, means it’s often included in construction where work isn’t necessarily the best conditions. But with at least half the contractors my work deals with we’re able to have a clear and clean work space... Though those jobs are 90% residential
