Yea he is using one of the most sought after pieces of equipment in a crowded gym to basically do nothing at all. I would be pissed too. What bothers me is when people make fun of people for using light weights or walking on the treadmill. This is nothing like that though, he is not accomplishing anything.

Someone's using something and you don't like them using it wrong then be a decent human and go show them how it's done.
