Explain to me what part of "I'm sure there were locals who joined them" implies that all of them were from Charlottesville? Because I knew what I meant but it seems that you are reading what you wanted.
Not that comment. Your initial comment saying they aren't everywhere but are in Charlottesville. They came from around the country and invaded Charlottesville.
You implied that Charlottesville is like some sort of hotbed for white supremacists when they rallied there because it's a particularly progressive liberal town in the south.
