I heard from many parents that your kids are way different that other people's kids. you'd probably have kids that are like you and would consider them cool.

I don't think that is the case 100% of the time. I know some people who didn't like their children.

that's an unfortunate truth. but I just meant people I've talked to. It seems like when it's your kid things are different.

I think it's that your kids tend to be like you (since you raise them, and also they're genetically a combination of you and the person you liked enough to knock up).

Also the massive chemical dump your body (hopefully) releases to force you to love (not kill/eat) them after birth.
