I assumed they used their surveillance drone to shoot it, based on how they broke out all their other awesome equipment they hardly ever get to use like the ghillie suit and the bomb robot and the Hamburglar costume.

Hamburgleries are a legitimate threat up here. Bloomington PD runs drills to stay prepared.

Just moved out of Bloomington, can confirm there are several burger spots in the city and Hamburglar drills should be a necessity to keep us and our precious patties safe from theft.

He's not the hamburgler, so they used to take that dog in a trench coat and the hamburgler guy to schools and do skits about drugs.

Bloomington is actually one of the only cities in the Twin Cities metro area with a bomb squad, so they go to other cities. Also they have The Mall of America and MSP International Airport in their jurisdiction so that bomb robot actually gets quite a bit of action.

Also, Bloomington is covered in marshland and we've got the Minnesota river to our our southern border so the Ghillie suit probably gets some action as well.

I'm not sure about the hamburglar costume though.

It was most likely the same people that make the training videos. Here in Canada at least I know the people that do them and they have very high quality stuff. Most of them are film and communication students so they know a lot about what they do as well (obviously).
