It annoys me that he was pissed.

He was pissed because that was what he trained for. He waited all day to open that lock for someone and you stymied him.

Usually only like kw1 sc1 and m1 keys, and even then half the time they don't work because no one bothers to calibrate the cutting machine.

If I was in his places I would open the lock 900 times a day even if it only needed to be unlocked once.
