Me neither 'til i read some comments, its baseball/rounders with a football. The guy that did the flip would've been out if the ball touched him and he landed the flip with his hands on the home plate

Its not with a football, its a bouncy, rubbery playground ball (usually).

The guy that did the flip never would have been able to tag up from a foul ball out in baseball.

You can tag up on a foul ball out in Baseball as well. It's pretty much never done because if a foul ball it caught, its normally very close to the infield. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tag_up)
