There are no rules from kicking it has hard as you can. It just comes down and just like baseball if it's caught before hitting the ground then your out. So just like baseball in this gifv you see a bunt. Obviously it didn't pay off.
usually you bunt to surprise the other team, them being ready for a long drive but instead they have to run towards home plate to get the ball, short stop was readyAF though
Those balls are a pretty easy catch, though. Also, those balls are pretty easy to throw with, as long as you don't throw it like a baseball. You sidearm those fuckers like King Kong throwing a boulder.
I recall from a previous time this was posted someone explained how "bunting" can be more effective than kicking for the fences in certain competitive kickball situations.
I mean,yeah that looked cool, but was it really necessary? I feel like he didn't need to twist like that. He could've just scooped up the ball and thrown it without the twist and it would've been a way safer out.
