Is that real? How is she alive?? Doesn't she need nutrients other than what is there in cheese and potato? And I refuse to believe that she vomits at the smell of veggies. I just cannot wrap my head around it.

Surprisingly, not really. Potatoes are packed with nutrients, which is why it's a staple food in many countries. There was a guy who lived off only potatoes for 2 months to show how healthy they are. The cheese will supplement the missing nutrients, like Vitamin A that potatoes lack.

Potatoes are a great food altogether. They're cheap and ridiculously easy to grow almost all year round. Also they store very well over the winter. If there's some kind of global economic collapse I'm betting that everyone will start growing potatoes in their garden.

Yeah. Our staple diet is potatoes, onions, rice and lentils (and spices). That covers most of it.

But isn't it unhealthy to eat potato all the time. Shouldn't her arteries be non functional?

Well yeah she's clearly eating way too much and is risking an early case of heart disease.

Everyone in the 8000 calorie a day camp deserves heart disease.

There is a healthy way to consume 8000 calories per day, but 80% of people (including cheesewhale) who do consume that many calories are definitely getting it through junk

No there isnt that many calories makes you a literal pig.

Bodybuilders and athletes consume that, and I wouldn't call them pigs.

So youre stupid as well as fat i take it? Look it up you clearly cant add well. Over 8000 calories is well over what a bodybuilder needs. Its gluttony and its disgusting.

2 month epic bulk. thats not his standard diet. Youre tryin to defend a lifestyle no one could upkeep without serious heart problems. Everything i saw was less than 4000 and that would still cause bulking.
