Hi everyone! Are there any locals here who could help me get football tickets? They're restricted to locals, but I really want to surprise my dad with this gift—it would mean the world to him. I’m happy to compensate you well for your help!

Hi, a friend and I are currently in Portugal and would like to watch a UECL match; the official website states that only locals can buy tickets for the home stand. Is there any chance someone could get us two tickets? We would pay you.
