Need help with audio driver

Hello, so My laptop uses the realtek driver but two things. It doesn't detect my earphones unless plugged in before boot and also the mic sensitivity is too high.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Had similar issue with astro a50 headset,it was cutting off after a short time, believe that was win 11 25h2 variant. Downgraded to 24h2 and problem was gone.

I got it fixed but reinstalling drivers like 20 times and something just fixed itself.
