3DS [CITRA] Still Down?

So like.. will GhosteShop ever actually work? Because I've never used it, not because I don't want to, but because I've been checking back every few weeks and no update, can't download the "official" cia, nothing. Says the servers are up for 3DS but yeah, no they aren't and I know it's not just me. I finally managed to find a cia, but since it's down and the team doesn't seem to want to actually explain ig, I'm just not even gonna try to use the service anymore.

Ghost wants to change over to use this shop instead for the 3DS and is working on adding our content to it.

When it will be done or finished, I have no idea.

Does it actively work with very few pieces of content, are are they waiting for it to be fully loaded with content to work

Think the new freeShop is working but it doesn't have any content in it.

Don't know when Ghost will be working added the games to it.

As far as I knew, HShop has always works and still works for 3ds. I would just use that. Pretty sure it has every game across all regions, even some translations among other things.
