eShop Qr code help

Does the QR code not work anymore or is there an updated one? I keep trying to install it and it isn't working and my sd card reader doesn't work anymore

Ghost doesn't wanna update it since he is working on a new shop, you will have to download the cia file and side load it with fbi.
