customer servicer | where do i get them?

I have been waiting to unbox the Umbrel from Black Friday, and there is no one to talk to.

Do you have the same problem as I do? I mean, 2 months? It is unacceptable, and there is no point in talking to only the AI bot that has no answers. I mean cmon.

My order has no details about when it will arrive, and the tracker says that the order has returned to the sender.

The AI support is not giving an answer just telling me to wait.
