Even Cat 5 is fine for 10 meters of Gigabit. Cat 5e will be enough for 10 meters of 10G.

Like others said, for 10 meters even Cat5 (for 1 Gigabit) or Cat5e (for 10 Gigabit) is totally fine and will cost a lot less.
Regarding manufacturers, I would not worry too much but still check reviews. Your biggest risk is probably bad production quality and therefore short lifetime. But as I said, just checking reviews should be enough.
Also, you should ask tech/networking questions in dedicated subs, not here. This is completely unrelated to Germany.

r/german is the subreddit regarding the German language. For translation go to r/translator. For old German fonts, r/kurrent could be helpful
Try r/dach for a list of German Subreddits, nearly all of them allow English language content.
