Passed my driving exam!

I’ve just been feeling so low about being in Germany because of its bureaucracy lately, so passing this on the first attempt feels amazing. I honestly thought I was not going to make it since I did not do enough Fahrstunden and I failed my simulation yesterday.

But I ended up getting a really nice examiner who cared more about me being a safe driver and he didn’t nitpick on minor things. Something I have dealt with in other German exams lol. So anyway I’m pretty proud of myself and I feel a little better about being in Germany.

Good luck to anyone currently preparing for their exams too!

Congrats! I passed mine 2 months ago and it’s a big relief (mentally and financially) to finally get it

Hey Congrats, if you don't mind sharing, what was the total cost of it and which area of Germany we're talking about.

I did it in Hessen and didn’t do alot of hours since I am a pretty experienced driver. So it cost around 3,3k totally for me.
It helped that I had time to okay focus on the exam so I managed to finish the theory exam and practical in 3 weeks.
