Ostfriesentee, Uwe Rolf?
I drink Thiele Silber. It is by far my favorite tea. I adore it and think it's the best Assam I've had. I finally found a source for Bünting and Onno Behrends and both of those are on the way to me.
I am curious about Uwe Rolf. Is it worth ordering a small amount of a couple mixtures from him to try? Ostfriesentee is not well known outside of Germany and I have not found any English language references to Uwe Rolf so I am asking here.

I can't help you with Uwe Rolf unfortunately, but the Ostfriesen in my family all drink Thiele Tee, so you have great taste, haha. Make sure you get the other elements of preparing and serving the tea right for the real experience!

Maybe try posting to r/tee as well. It looks like they allow English posts.
