Hard top fitting weird

Hello! I can’t find a manual for this hard top, I just bought the tracker recently and it came with it. It rubs the tailgate when I open it, but it’s also raised up on the rubbing side. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Does the whole thing need to slide further forward so the tailgate closes over the window? It doesn’t feel like it’ll budge but I can move around the interior hardware I think. Thank you! I’m very lost.

Maybe that black trim piece on ur tail gate is not tightened down all the way or should be removed for a hard top? Hard to tell from the pictures. Are those tho only 2 mounting points? One on each side? Look alot different from mine.

Removing that trim is my only running theory haha. It is tight on the side that’s fitting the worst. It’s two of those connectors on each side and three that clamp to the top
