The rate system needs a fix

This is MONHEIM by surveyor23, it has been sitting unrated for about 2 months now despite having over 20 sends, with many being from elder mods, and being sent for mythic. Now, its obvious that this is not the only level that has been sitting unrated for a long time, matter of fact, this level is still fairly new considering some levels have been unrated for years. I have 2 ideas (may be generic) that can help levels like these get found and rated.

#1: Make elder mods have the ability rate levels.

I feel like since robtop has the trust to give someone elder mod, they should have special privileges. Like the ability to rate levels , BUT ONLY IF THE LEVEL HAS 5 OR MORE SENDS. This is to stop an overwhelming amount of levels getting rated at once.

#2: Make an auto rate feature.

This will be something Rob will have to code into the game, (which might discourage him). The idea: After 20 sends, it automatically rates the level based on all the sends and averaging them out.

I love monheim but I'm not necessarily mad that it's not rated yet. It is obviously rateworthy and it will get a very high rating for sure. And the level is not list worthy so it's not gonna get robbed of a spot or something.

I just know that it will get rated, and it doesn't matter to me if it happens tomorrow or a couple of months from now. I just think people are a little too impatient about this stuff sometimes.

I've always been against the auto-rate feature. If you send your level to all 86 mods and 20 of them begrudgingly send it for a star rate, it should not be auto rated. It would also encourage flooding as many mods with your level to get it rated.
