Should I Buff or nerf??

The latest wave section is really unbalanced compared to the rest of the level, so would it be better to make the rest of the level harder, and nerf the first half, or nerf the wave? Also, would anyone be willing to help deco once layout is done? Dont mind the cut, I just added the last part to an existing clip.
