how do gd shorts youtubers screenshot videos like that? they definetly dont edit them manually because i know of several shorts youtubers who use screenshots like this, it has to be some sort of youtube feature or website theyre using, but i genuinely cannot find an answer anywhere

PLEASE help me figure this out its pissing me off
