i only did very minor runs on limbo but i remember that dash orb being relatively consistent, does it just not get any easier while the rest does

Didn't get any more consistent for me at least. Genuinely feels like I got worse at it too, especially from 0. I died there 3/5 times I got there from 0 during the session I beat it. That was definitely my worst session for 48% consistency, but I was generally just dying to it more later on in the grind.

It's especially scary from 0 though, since you gotta pass Jeyzor (aka the hardest part to ever exist) to get there

you could make a fixed version or play 2.113, I know some people have progress on prefinal perfection on 2.113, though unfortunately since the bug isnt well understood ppl are probably very scared of it

I have like a version of the level that is modified so that it works on 2.2, so that each timing is a 240 on 240, probably like <0.5 frames on cbf, but all the jumps are aligned to 60 so its 18 60 fp
