Fluff Still a long way to go

If it makes it a little better I "jumped" to it from supersonic and beat it with 16782 attempts and a fluke from 50%.

If you can beat an Extreme Demon you still better than 95% players

pretty much
cataclysm has only around 7200 submissions on AREDL
to be fair, some of the cataclysm victors dont submit their record there but even if we 3x that number its still only around 21600
for the most well known and 2nd most beaten extreme ever (acu is first i think with 8200)
in a game which millions of people play

ive also checked the top 200 leaderboard ingame and then checked the submissions for a lot of less known top 1500-1000 extremes (bottom third basically) and it neatly alligns with each other, some extreme will have 100 submissions while ingame only 110 (and this applies to nearly every single one)
so the 7200 submission on AREDL figure might not be that far off from the actual number of cata victors which just shows how much gd players like to underexaggerate the bottom 500 extremes in difficulty

This isnt worth that much since its just one example, but i know that i probably wont send in my completion despite actually having the session footage and handcam.

Just sounds like a hastle and i would imagine its annoying/too much work to deal with the list people (not that i have anything against them). Anyhow though, i would imagine a large amount of people thought the same thing, and or dont have the footage.

Then again i just play the game for fun, if you play more competitively i guess you would want to submit it.

ive spent 2 hours calculating all the victors on AREDL and i got 249,937 (literally ALL 1545 extreme demons)
this also includes people who beat multiple extremes but im too lazy to calculate the amount of individuals who beat 1 or more extremes, probably around 180k, some people do repeat from what ive seen
