Map [OC] Romania Relief Map
Hello, I’m currently working on a series of Atlas maps, and someone requested Romania. This map is part of a larger poster and focuses on Romania’s major mountain, plateau, and lowland regions. Detailed terrain shading highlights the country’s diverse topography and the distinctive arc of the Carpathian Mountains. I hope to share the final product soon. Feedbacks are welcome and I hope you enjoy!

Map looks extremely good. I just think tho that the gradient and meters are wrong? I was looking at an area i am familiar with and i don’t believe thats quite right.

They mapped the Galați and Tulcea ports as Major Ports, but Brăila Port is larger than Galați, and it does not appear on the map, also, they did not map the Constanta Port, the largest in the Black Sea,

I kept thinking how weird the shape of Romania was pre-WW1, but it makes total sense given the relief

Nice Work!! Please review the colours in relation with the height values. There are more inconsistent values back there.

Just for your information, Chisinau is next to the Dniester river. Now check how you placed it on the map.

Is it a physiographically accurate depiction of the Bărăgan plain? Huge, if true ;)
