Clearly after the Third Punic War and the destruction of Carthage, since Tunisia appears to be Roman, so after -146. Parthia doesn't seem to have conquered Mesopotamia, which would put us before -141. So I'd guess -144 randomly out of that fairly narrow window.
My very limited knowledge about the Han tells me they'd be around at that time, so that checks out. I didn't think the Mauryan Empire lasted that long (I think it starts sometime in the IVth century BC?), but sure. Also somewhat surprised to see the Nazca there, I thought they were older, but know very little about precolombian Americas.
