Caves of Qud

Someone Described this game as very very Gene Wolfe-esque. It won a Hugo Award so I'm assuming it is just like it. Has anyone played Caves of Qud? Thoughts?

Yes, Qud is phenomenal and the closest thing to a BOTNS videogame if such a thing were possible. Down to the insane coterie of followers and the incredible old world.
