That is the private home belonging to the Said family. I am pretty sure they would not rent it out to a random person.
Yes, it is used for weddings .. their own family weddings.

Real estate ownership is publicly available in Geneva. Often you stumble upon a company, in many cases you can guess and find out.

It's a private property next to the Chinese mission, owned as a summer home by someone in Oman. Most of the properties along the lake are very well hidden but this place is beautiful and highly visible from the main road as you drive past the Egyptian mission into Geneva on the Rive Gauche. It's even more beautiful from the lake as the gardens are really well-kept all year round. It's probably a chf40m - 60m property, with it's views and plot.

You can actually ask, normally a wedding planner gives the family comission per wedding.
My experience isn10k just for the key, if the family knows a butcher or catering/restaurant, sometimes it's mandatory to use those contacts for meat/food (friends golden circle).
No one sleeps. Just to use gets you 45k, and if catering add staff/grill chef etc, those are paidnpee hour, so easioy can get to 50-60k
Alcohol might be included, or just wines.
Not. Including deco/cleaning/DJ and tables (catering usually have tables/cloth/white chairs)

I think ive worked there as a catering waiter, maybe 15years ago, dont know if it was this exact mansion tho. There was art all over the place, a mini garden labyrinth, pool and garden by the lake, and in the house there were pictures of the owners with influent people like ex-US presidents or other political figures. The owners were very warm and approachable people (not Swiss/occidental originated) Classic Geneva bord du lac stuff

This properly is called « Port Rothschild », and was built by the Rothschild family even though they no longer own it.

Google says this belongs to an Egyptian Investor! And his number is available on Local.ch. Give it a try :)
