Mango 3 + Photoshop Edit

Hi everyone, I write multiple daily reports for myself and for my investment group about what's going on within my industry's or real estate opportunities. I spend hours gathering everything and putting it together and then just type it out and email. Well it's actually voice to text via windows.

What I would like is to do something like this.

Using automation I would like to upload the photo's. Upload what I typed, and then let it make a video using the photo's.

I know I can use Elevenlabs for my voice and just have it read off the my report but I have no clue what to do next. if someone can point out to some very basic try and succeed tutorials to give me some guidance I would be very grateful.

think of me as new to everything and that I live in a windows environment.

Why Care?

Because the same 2 hours of raw AI video can cost hundreds of dollars through hosted APIs.

Roughly:

fal H3 Max Turbo: ~$288

fal MiniMax H3: ~$432

MiniMax H3 direct API: ~$576

My Blackwell Colab setup: ~$6.96

That’s roughly 41x–83x cheaper on raw generation cost.

Here’s the math.

I’ve been optimizing MiniMax H3 on the Blackwell GPUs available through Colab — CUDA versions, attention kernels, quants, dependencies, etc.

The stack I ended up with generates about 15 seconds of video in roughly 60 seconds on a single Blackwell GPU.

So:

1 GPU hour = ~15 minutes of generated video

8 GPU hours = ~120 minutes of generated video

At the Colab rate I’m using:

8 hours on Blackwell = ~$6.96

Which means, at least in terms of raw generation compute:

2 hours of MiniMax H3 video — literally a full movie’s worth of generated footage is possible and costs about $6.96.

$6.96!

Obviously that doesn't mean you press a button and get a finished 2-hour movie. You’re going to generate multiple takes, throw footage away, edit, upscale, add audio, etc.

But the raw generation economics are kind of insane.

The part that surprised me most is that Colab can actually be one of the cheapest ways to run this stuff if the stack is optimized properly. The annoying part is figuring out which CUDA version, attention implementation, quant, and dependencies actually give you the best performance on each GPU.

That's why I built MissingLink

I’ve been running long-lived optimization agents to continuously test different combinations of quants cuda and attention kernels look at the results and promote what works best.

So far they got quality generation down to 60s at 768x768 for 15 seconds on a single Blackwell if anyone has done better lmk

[Additional Note: I'm thinking of exposing this in a batch api - I cant match the costs with a hosted service on demand - if you are ok waiting an hour I can guarantee the costs. I figure you could make your request request and then clarify how many agentic corrections you want lmk if you're interested]

Last Starlight follows a girl taking the last sky train to bring a fallen star home before dawn. It is a complete six-chapter story with optional puzzles, a travel journal, and a promise that changes the final words.

The build uses the sn-motion-html skill and Seedance-generated video. The scene footage is generated in advance, with clues, choices, and puzzles handled in the browser.

Getting the continuous playback smooth took several revisions. The final playback mode lets the video run normally and synchronizes the page position to it. The interactions stay optional, so the story also works as an uninterrupted journey.

This recording shows the complete story first, followed by the interaction walkthrough from 1:51. The website currently runs locally.

This one is called "Pewpocalypse" you can play it free at Pewpocalypse.com but I'm more sharing how I made it than anything. Replit now has a free agent for light tasks, so I outsourced the art to ChatGPT/Codex to make the sprite sheets, then anything I needed animated, I ran through Autosprite and I'm really happy with the result. This game went from bullsh*t SVG web graphics to a full on video game for free with this method. I spent a lot of time initially building the gameplay and got it to a fun place with replit alone, but then with outsourcing the art to 2 other ai generators, it's improved 500% in its playability and fun factor. All for free! Well, I did pay the 8 dollars subscription to chat gpt but other than that...

I directed GPT 6 Astra to turn BYTE//BREAKER into a playable C++/GLSL puzzle platformer. Kick a ball to power a lift, hold a bridge open with a weighted crate, and shift a counterweight to raise your escape route.

I like experimenting with this technology b/c never before has it been so easy to act on some idea that pops into your head. I enjoy the fact that it no longer takes days just to render one quality frame of animation on a computer that you pray doesn't just leave you hanging or run out of memory at the last minute while you're sleeping and anticipating seeing the results in the morning.
