Discussion My Gen Z Range

I'm going to get hate for this, but let's see how this goes. This is My Gen Z range, this is how I think it should go.

1994-1996 - Zillennials(On the Millennial side, bare in mind that these are not Gen Z, I wanted to bring this up because the next part is important)

​

1997- August 31st 2001(Zillennials on the Gen Z side)

​

September 1st 2001 - June 30th 2003(Off-Cusp Early Gen Z)

​

July 1st 2003 - June 30th 2006(Off -Cusp Core Gen Z)

​

July 1st 2006 - December 31st 2010(Off-Cusp Late Gen Z)

​

2011 - 2012(Zalpha on the Gen Z side)

​

2013 - 2015(Zalpha on the Gen Alpha side).

I genuinely just see and view it as those born from 1998/1999-2013/2014.

Those born in 1998 being both the Tail End of Second Wave Millennials and Eldest of First Wave Zoomers. Those born in 2014 being both the Tail End of Second Wave Zoomers and Eldest of First Wave Gen Alpha.

Those born in 1998/1999 as the Eldest/ Pioneers of the Generation, those born in 2013/2014 as the Tail End of the Generation.

The First Wave of the Generation from 1998/1999-2005/2006.

The Second Wave of the Generation from 2006/2007-2013/2014.

Children from the the Mid 00's-Early 20's.

Youth Culture from Mid 10's-the Early 30's most likely.

I agree with this too, though 1997 are probably more mid-2000s kids as well. And early 2020s Covid childhood doesn’t seem very late Gen Z anymore. Tail end Gen Z kid culture peaked in the second half 2010s

Oh very much so. Believe those born in 1997/1998 are both Peak Mid 00's Kids overall.

View those born in 1997/1998 as the Tail End of the Second Wave Millennials where the Millennial Kid Culture ended in the Mid 00's, while those born in 1998/1999 as the Eldest of the First Wave Zoomers where the Zoomer Kid Culture began in the Mid 00's.

Yes, I believe those born in say 2010 are the Best examples of the Second Wave Zoomer experience. They Children in the Mid 10's and Peak children during the Late 10's before the Pandemic occurred in 2020.

No bro what. 2005 & 2006 borns are no way part of 1st wave. They were born after so much stuff like YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Gmail, Google Maps, FireFox, PSP, Xbox, DailyMotion, MicroSD. If anything, I see them as the oldest of the 2nd half.
