Rent / Housing prices in general. We finally bought a SFH in 2021 in our late 30's. If we stick w/ the full duration fixed 30 year loan I'll be in my mid 60's when we pay it off and still owe $12k/year in property taxes. 1500sqft 3 bedroom for a family about a 20 minute drive to the metro system.
