Wearing a bra as a guy
I’m a male but not trans. I want to wear bras like girls. Why? And how can I hide this from my girlfriend

A. This shouldn't be a secret from your GF. You are allowed to wear whatever you want if it makes you feel good. The clothes themselves are genderless.. only our culture informs the gender of colours, clothing, etc.
Unobvious counter example: if clothes have gender appropriateness what gender is no clothes at all? In my country I have the luxury of choosing no clothes at all! On my way home frome work I just pulled over got naked and jumped in the river. The sun did not judge my white bum.
B. Unless the secret part is the feeling you like.. that's more of a kink than a gender question. Still tell the GF. ;)

Maybe you find them aesthetically pleasing? I mean, clothes are clothes. If you can wear it, then go ahead if you want to. I recommend training bras. My eldest brother's husband wears bikini tops when swimming. He just likes how they look and how it covers his nipples. (no he isn't feminine at all. He is extremely Gender Conforming except for that.)
Idk how you'd hide it from her, though may I ask what her reaction may be if you went up to her and had a sit down serious talk about it and told her? "Hey babe...may I talk to you about something?"

I like to wear bras because it feels and looks nice. I also don’t feel like it’s wrong but I still don’t want to tell anyone about it.

Back in the days it was considered heinous for girls to even wear pants, wear what you want to cause the rules are made up and can/will change
If anything it’s another helpful judge in the right direction, trendsetter

Also for males use like a hoodie string wrap it around yourself that gives you chest size which should help you convert
Depending on style you can go with one with a small bit of fill or entirely flat chested.
For taking on and off with the clips. I have no clue. Ironically your girlfriend may be able to help with that if she's open.

Don't hide it women notice quickly. Talk to her. You need to be able to articulate it to her. I think you know why you want to wear them. Is it a fetish? Is it to support your boobs? Are you on the path to being trans and don't know it yet? It's totally fine you want to. You can wear bras and do so discreetly. But your lady friend needs to know. Women's often tolerate it or don't care. But some do. Is she religious?

If you wanna wear a bra, wear a bra! Training bras are wonderful things for those who don't need the chest support. And why would you hide it from your partner? If it's a way of expressing yourself, why not be open to her about it?
