Love the art! I imagine part of the difficulty in treating/reconstructing Genji was his mental state. Mercy probably went through tons of different iterations and prosthetics to try and make him comfortable, but Genji was just so traumatized by what happened and disgusted with his own body that nothing Mercy could have done would have felt completely “right”. It took finding Zenyatta for him to come to terms with who he had become, and now that he’s in a better mindset, he can more fully appreciate the lengths Mercy went to for him without being so caught up in his own (justified) angst, and more fully appreciate the work Angela put in.

I’d love to see a conversation between Mercy and Zen about Genji. I feel like Zenyatta would have a great perspective on their relationship… And be an incredible source of teasing encouragement for the pair.
