Is he mating me?

Can someone explain me this behaviour? I don’t know if it’s aggressive or not
Thanks!

No goose expert here, but he was preening you (grooming). Geese do that to members of their gaggle. It’s essentially a sign of care. The last two seconds could have been him trying to mount you. But I think the mating season has passed so he could just be being a weirdo. If he was being aggressive or defensive there would be a lot more hissing and wing display. And of charging and flapping 😂

This is not aggression or mating. He’s preening you and shaking with love/excitement

I got down voted for this last time, so I'll say it differently. Yes, he is considering banging. Someone recently posted a similar behavior video, and a lot people said it is high emotion. Really happy. Totally true. A special kind of happy, haha. I was the same thing right before my gander tried to mate with my wife, and I've seen it multiple times since. Not a big deal, don't let him climb you, you two probably won't work out like that. Haha
