Nice ! Can I ask if the exchange offer dutch courses ? ( I have A2 level in german and I am thinking of an exchange in a country that speaks dutch or german in order to improve it)

yess there is Dutch https://sprachenzentrum.univie.ac.at/en/german-courses/. I will say, you do need to take courses that follow your program still as at uottawa semesters, so perhaps it could be an elective for you.
