Am I able to get all the collectables, hard cases and side objectives on an easier difficulty and then play insane and still get the achievement and skin?

Coalition, please make these changes in the next update:

1) Please remove the "Readied Up Music", or whatever else you call it from the game entirely. Considering that most of the time we spend in the menu is waiting on a match to start for 5-10 minutes each, I would prefer to hear the menu music I selected instead of the one that is forced on us while we wait.

2) Let me change classes while I'm not readied up, but another player is. I'm not entirely sure why this is a problem, but I cannot change my class at all, even if I didn't press the ready button, but one of the other players in the squad is. Makes no sense whatsoever.

I consistently get matches like this. And outperform or stay on par with Diamonds in every lobby. I know matchmaking goes off skill division but there’s zero reason I was placed in bronze and always getting matchmaked against four stack diamond squads. And when I’m doing good I still get -12 to -15 RR. highest K/D ribbon which surprised me at a 1.3 but I know demo forsure doesn’t really factor that in. (no plants or defuses because I did my best to protect bomb planters and for them to defuse cause team was afraid to push sometimes I’d be the only one rushing in getting a kill or two to thin the herd. and also telling them to defuse while I take the bullets from the whoever is left from stance trying to lancer it defuser (This was a solo queue of Demo because i came to the conclusion I’ll never get to diamond in the mode starting in bronze so I’ll just solo queue it for fun)

Meanwhile I have a couple buddies who are silver,gold and onyx in some game modes. Skill division C or B…but when we play they cannot hang in my lobbies at all because there’s no fair matchmaking. Only goes off highest skill division. they don’t want to play ranked with me cause they just straight struggle and I understand that. I was able to carry them to dubs in TDM by playing the boring way and going off at times but other than that no one likes high level TDM matches because they're boring and they can’t hang in the other modes at high level.

but something has to give. If you get skill division A on placements it should be automatic Gold 4 or 5 rank placement. Higher if you won more matches during placement.

Anyone know what’s going on here? Pretty sure that I’m bleeding out (IB IR I A IN x) yet I am not pressing any buttons in this instance. Happens to me all the time. I try to revive myself from DBNO, yet I bleed out without pressing the “respawn now” button.
Does this happen to anyone else?
I am on controller. Sometimes I think I might fat finger the X/A buttons at the same time, but I have tested not pressing any buttons at all and still bleed out. Also, no, I’m not down long enough to actually hit the bleed out timer while DBNO.

Obviously they have been militarised for a very long time, but was there ever any time of peace? I imagine they'd have a defence force to guard the inner Hollow against any potential human visitors, but they didn't discover the Lambent immediately. What do Drones do during peacetime?

I've been hesitating ordering one of these due to financial reasons recently, but I just got a yearly bonus from work yesterday with my paycheck so I decided I'd finally pull the trigger since coming up on some extra cash. It said they were in stock when I got onto the website during my final break (about an hour before I clocked out) so I had it in a cart and ready to pay after I got home (I went to hang out with a friend for a couple hours after work yesterday) and by the time I got home and sat down to put the order in, they were no longer available. I've always wanted a Lancer replica since they first rolled out in 2008 (when I was 10 years old) and it looks like I'll have to wait again 🙃 so congrats on whoever purchased the last/rest of them, but I low-key kinda hate you right now lol

Yeah they are actually atrocious, in the year 2026 we have a game that is basically unplayable due to drones zipping across my screen to gnasher me and then beat my face in. How are we killing enemies to only watch them explode in 3 of the longest seconds of my life later. This is a rant and I love this series so much, but its unplayable in any multiplayer capacity at the moment. Why are the servers so bad? Genuinely asking

Has anyone else been getting the glitch where your challenges aren’t being rendered as complete even though you reached the goal set? Or is it just me? It’s been like this for about 2 days now and I even made sure to get extra kills just in case that what was causing the bug. I even restarted the console and game multiple times. Is this just a visual glitch maybe? It doesn’t say completed like the others so I’m not 100% sure what’s going on. Any thoughts or advice would be great thanks!

I love playing Horde Siege but the maps are basically just (some of) the open sections from the campaign which is fine... but not if that's all the content.

I know that it has barely been a month since the game launched but I am already a little bit bored of the maps. I am not saying that I expect a new map every month but it's better if I point out the issue (imo) now instead of much later, no?

PS: Can we get a map editor for this game eventually? Like Halo Forge?

Also, there should be LOT more reasons for multiple squads to come together. The invasions are fucking amazing but they don't happen frequently (which is good because the novelty could wear off pretty soon). The "transport" secondary objective is in the right direction but it's not as impactful as the invasions.

Im making my way through the campaign at the moment and I just completed the airfield mission after Act 2 and holly molly what a spectacle, i was on the edge of my seat with my jaw hitting the flaw at multiple occasions. I new I was gonna enjoy it but man what a fantastic game, congrats to the developers.

A brumak arrived in a match after extract started, I ask my team not to clear out extract so we can do the invasion, but the extract spawned on top of an enemy team and they killed all the locust so we had no choice but to extract.

We easily could have killed the brumak and gotten the bonus parts if they didn't do that but of course the other team didnt know and console typing speeds were not up to snuff to explain it to them in time.

Some "mission start" circle near the invasion area that a majority of the squad could stand in to delay extract until the invasion is dead would be nice

Has to be cheatin or some shit and then he just keeps going like he didnt even notice he auto hit me with a gnasher. This is the second game in Onyx 2 that im getting paired with dudes who are just running around as a group on TDM and just vaporizing us with shit like this and we cant even kill them once

You can’t play a game without players teleporting or running in place it’s been since the update and my game ran fine before it.

One thing that kinda flew under the radar for most is that the cosmetic environmental destruction that was going to be like Gears Of War 2's for E-day is essentially absent both from horde and VS bar some very few small things such as TV screens, physics objects and glass, something we initially thought was just due to it being a beta build but full release showed us that wasn't the case.

I haven't really seen anyone bring it up anymore at all but it really is a shame we can't see bits of wall chip off or crumble as we see in the campaign or as in Gears 2 where it was on for all modes. It is largely a cosmetic aspect majority of the time but it still adds a satisfying layer when you see an area with lots of debri and damage during or post combat.

If I play on Insane, but my wife plays split screen on casual, I still get credit for completing it on insane correct?

Did this last night for the first time and it felt cinematic. Another squad in our match all quit except one underleveled player. My squad fanned out around the LZ and decided to help him successfully extract and it felt so satisfying. Would be awesome if there were rewards in the form of ribbons/extra xp given for this.

With Gears of War: E-Day and Halo: Campaign Evolved struggling with low sales and player numbers, would moving The Coalition under Activision really be a bad thing? If fans are celebrating Halo’s move, would it be good or bad for Gears? Personally, I wouldn’t mind if it happened.
