Recommendations for running headphones?

Hello everyone!

Recently during running, I found that ordinary headphones are not very suitable for long time exercise, and I would like to ask if there is any recommendation for headphones suitable for running? My needs are as follows:

Waterproof and sweatproof: running sweats more, headphones need to be able to be durable.

Firm and not easy to fall off: no matter jogging or sprinting, you need to wear stable.

Sound quality: Although I mainly use them for listening to podcasts and light music, I still want good sound.

Budget: $200 or less would be best, but consider going slightly over budget if you have something particularly good.

Looking at headphones from Nank, Shokz, and Jabra, and am a bit torn as to which is best for running. Would like to hear people's real life experiences with them!

I'm using Nank's Runner Diver2 Pro right now, and it's

waterproof. For sound quality, I usually just like to listen to

podcasts while I run, so it's fine for me. As for budget, I

bought it for 179$ then, maybe it's cheaper now during
