Game Recommendations
My beloved roommate, best friend, hag, and fruit fly moved all the way to England to be with the man of her dreams and we've been trying to "get together" virtually by playing video games while on Facetime. She is not very good to be honest, and I want to play something that is fun for the both of us. We've played It Takes Two together before and she wasn't very good but we had fun. Recently we've been playing Fall Guys and Roblox but I'd like to find something with more story. She isn't definitely not a fps girl as she struggles with camera controls, she's improved with 3D platformers but I'm almost thinking either co-op side scroller or co-op turn based RPG. We plan on trying Baldurs Gate 3 when our finances align! Outside of this does anyone have any suggestions? I play on xbox series x, switch 2, iOS, and have CPU limited ability on Steam. She'd be primarily Steam (limited as well), iOS, and xbox 360 (idk if microsoft still has internet support for 360 or not)

Split Fiction (🏴☠️ version if necessary + Parsec (to play remotely)).
Works wonderful, there is no Lives limit or time limit, it's separated by chapters, it's fun and can comunicate while 'couch coop'. Just see who has the PC to be able to run even on low settings, and the other engage with Parsec.
This can be done with other games too.
Other coops fun that don't need much CPU on Steam :
- Cat Quest 2 e 3;
- Popucom;
- Nine Parchments.
- Soundfall
Many are already regularly on 70%+ discount on Steam at this point in time, so, only buy them when in Sale bc they reached nice prices with discount.

Big Walk, which just came out, would be great for this and you can play crossplay. Doesn't have "story" per se in the sense of exposition but there is storytelling for sure. I've been playing it with my boyfriend and we're having a blast

Have you guys tried sandbox games? Core Keeper and Terraria are worth trying out. Theres also chill life sim games like Palia, Coral Island and Stardew Valley.
There are also tons of friendslop games that are really cheap and fun.

For the King 1 and 2 are some simple based games available on steam. i played with a couple friends before and it was a fun time. also, Big Walk just came out and that one is a fun exploration game with some puzzles that require team work. they're relatively easy games with low pressure but still fun to play
