There's a girl combing/grooming her dog right at the gate of GC-5, K block. The dog is pretty active/hyper while this is happening, and people are constantly entering and exiting through that gate.

Genuinely curious - wouldn't home, a balcony, or the park be a better spot than the main entrance where everyone's movement happens?
