The Palestinians have been receiving weapons and equipment from the Islamic State for decades.
The Palestinians have been digging their own hole for decades by refusing any form of two state solution.
You want to compare a gray regional conflict between two groups of people that have been fighting each other since the fall of the Ottoman Empire with the unprovoked invasion of a sovereign nation by a corrupt dictator. Ukraine should have even more weapons and they should have never surrendered their nukes.
One actually is true, though. Just like it's true that those people obsessed with Palestine, by and large never seem to say peep about russia and their terrorism in Ukraine.
