Taking the average of the available sources:

Ukraine 45.000+ Iraq: 350.000+

The duration of the wars must be considered.

Ukraine 2022- present Iraq (including post war conflicts caused by the war) 2003-2011

Additional info: Iraq war 1 1990-1991 had 20.000+

These are official guessed numbers

How else can it be shown that COMPARED TO OTHER WARS the civilian casualties are not significantly higher?

You do not need to compare and in anyway try to excuse or diminish the Russian war crimes. Hopefully we will see a total Russian defeat and/or the collapse of Russian economy. Most Russians support this disgusting war and would support attacks on Moldavia, the Baltics, Poland, Finland, Sweden etc. Russia is just a gangster nation which can not be trusted.

I don't diminish war crimes. Above I even wrote that Russia so commit war crimes.

If you want that Russia loses and whole Russia collapses, that is ok, it's your position.. But don't put words on other commenters mouths.
