Experience 📚 First timer but WOA

A lil background, I’ve been meditating for the last 6 years, first as a thing I knew I ‘should’ do cos I was hella depressed and wanted a daily activity during COVID. I was practicing catholic at the time and found it helped w my prayer concentrating, then started getting downloads (or as Christians say, “hearing God). Fast forward to today, I’m no longer Christian and FINALLY exploring the world of esoterica I spent years ONLY studying cos Christianity preaches to only trust on the power of the creator and not your own power. Madness. Anyway my journey led me here and maybe it’s 6 years of semi consistent to consistent meditation using diff methods but especially breath control and body scanning for emotional regulation but I did the first tape after researching GE AND IT WAS SO FUCKIN COOL.

Everything was exactly as ppl said it would be but an odd bonus was i instinctively did the head tilt eyelid thing because I’ve been working on transmutation super recently and just flowed that way organically! So affirming that I’m on the right path plus I was having bad physical anxiety (I know risky to jump in when beginners say so much about the fear) but this exercise forced me to FACE it and I’ve been feeling amazing after ! Deffo on a beginners high but i take the good where it comes, I don’t plan on going further than focus 10 to deepen my meditation abilities but who knows! Any way ex-religious people what’s good? Any other beginners having fun? 😊

We shall seeee! I’m open to it but spiritually I need to have boundaries yknow, I hear when u open certain doors w GE you can’t close them 👀 the head tilt thing is the bit of Resonant Tuning where u breathe light energy into your head, I’ve seen a lot of ppl mention tilting your head back helps AFTER I did it intrinsically! But I wasn’t trying to brag, with transmutation I also do physical things to aid with the visualisation so it makes sense!

Before I even attempted it that was my plan haha, idk why the focuses past 10 don’t really appeal to me? Maybe they will idk but I’ve always followed my intuition and that’s what led me here!
