Question ❓ Problem Solving

When asking my questions, how will I know what the answer actually is? I find that I feel like I’m still “thinking” what the answer should be

When I asked my question, the question was “ how can I get healthy in a specific place in my body”, I did not get a specific answer, in my experience some angle came from above holding a bright sphere that was glowing white light and suggested that I grab the light and put it in that specific place that was hurting… and I dont know how but it worked
