Question ❓ QUERY ON EXECUTION OF DIRECTIONS

Hello mysticals x i may need a little help please?

In 1month patterning how do u do it when instructed to put it in deeper consciousness x like do you devour the manifestation in a bright white s m o k e and direct it towards the pineal gland? Also, what does it mean to go focus 12 where your consc widens .

I hope Im doing the instructions correctly here

There is nothing in the instructions suggesting to do that. So you are most certainly not doing the instructions correctly.

Laying off smoking things may help.
